And...it was a blast! I highly recommend it, mostly because of the fantastic people-watching opportunities. We saw people throwing up, talking to themselves, talking on the phone even (impressive!). I saw a girl running without a bra (26 miles of bouncing boobs....ouch) and a guy running in a toupee (Really, dude? You wouldn't be more comfy running 26 miles without that thing?) Yep, definitely some great people-watching at a marathon. And, despite our lack of focus on the actual running, we didn't do too badly; the girls' team came in 24th of 44 teams, and the boys came in 27th. Yay us!
